Are you fat? Effective strategies to get slim

Obesity  means too much body fat and may lead to various other health complications like hypertension, heart diseases, stroke, diabetes, bone & joint issues and what not.  While, small changes in lifestyle can make a big difference to our health and the way we feel about ourselves. Over the years, scientists have found a number of strategies that seem to be effective.

Here, are those remedies: 

  1. Drink water, especially before meals as it can boost metabolism by 24–30% over a period of 1–1.5 hours. 
  2. Eating whole eggs can have all sorts of benefits, including helping us lose weight. For vegetarians, any source of quality protein for breakfast should help.
  3. Drinking Coffee, preferably black and sugar free can boost metabolism by 3–11% and increase fat burning by up to 10–29%.  Drinking  Green Tea, too has its health benefits , one of them being weight loss.
  4. Cut back on added sugar as that is one of the worst ingredients in the modern diet. Most of us consume way too much higher.
  5.  Eat less refined carbs as they are strongly linked to obesity. Natural fibers on the hand are good for lowering weight.
  6. Use smaller serving plates and practice portion control as this trick has been shown to help few people automatically eat fewer calories. 
  7. Keeping healthy food options  nearby can help prevent us from eating  unhealthy. Few examples are whole fruits, nuts, baby carrots, yogurt and hard-boiled eggs.
  8.  Take Probiotic supplements as they have been shown to reduce fat mass extensively.
  9. Include spicy foods like Chili peppers in diet – as that can boost metabolism and reduce your appetite slightly. 
  10. Adding aerobic exercise (cardio) in regular exercise sessions  is an additional 

excellent way to burn off calories and improve physical and mental health. 

  1. Eat plenty of  vegetables and fruits for they have several properties that make them effective for weight loss.

And, to top it up chew the food more slowly and get enough sleep. You’ll be fine.
